- The above rates are exclusive of all taxes. The Hotel is presently exempted from levy of Luxury Tax on Room Rates; change, if any, in the said tax structure would be charged extra as applicable. Should there be any other taxes mandated by the government authorities at any future dates, the same would be applicable.
- A limited number of rooms have been blocked for this event and will be allocated on first-come-first-serve basis. The last date to reserve rooms is March 31, 2012, beyond which the rooms will be allocated subject to availability at best available rate of the day.
- Any cancellations or no shows or changes in dates of stay, received post March 31, 2012 will be charged retention equivalent to entire length of stay.
- Hotel official check-in time is 1400 hrs and official check-out time is 1200 noon. Should early check-in be required, it is recommended that the room be blocked from the night prior in order to guarantee an early check-in.
