HICSA management reserves the right to qualify all registrants and allow or prohibit anyone from attending the event.
The in-person registration fees payable in advance and includes presentations, documentation, refreshment breaks, lunches, and evening receptions.
A confirmation letter will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. Payment must be received before the conference date. If payment is not received, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card.
In the unlikely event that a speaker cancels, every effort will be made to find a replacement speaker of equivalent experience.
The organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the conferences programme, venue and timings at any time.
Please note that only in-person registered delegates are allowed to attend the sessions and related events (such as cocktails and meals). Spouses and/or additional attendees accompanying the delegates will require a pass to attend any part of the conference/functions. We always provide vegetarian options at our conferences, but please inform us if you need us to cater for any other dietary requirements.
