The privacy policy of HICSA discloses how this website collects and uses information, and the terms that apply to registering for and attending the event.
Data Protection
By entering your details in the registration fields, you agree to allow the organisers of the event and companies associated with it to contact you (by mail, email or fax) regarding their services. If you do not wish to receive such communications, please contact us in writing.
As a registered delegate, your name, designation and company details will be placed on the attendee list. This list is passed to sponsoring companies and to all attendees, in the conference pack and on a password-protected search facility on our website, so you can see who else is attending for networking and meetings. If you do not want your details included on the delegates list, write to us at hicsa@hotelivate.com.
Passing on your name and contact details
As a registered delegate, your name, designation and company details will be placed on the attendee list. It is passed to all attendees at the conference so they can see who else is attending, for the purpose of networking and meetings.
Terms and Conditions
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. We do, however, seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about them.
Online Privacy Policy Only
HICSA management reserves the right to qualify all registrants and to allow or prohibit anyone from attending the event.
Registration Fee
Registration fees are payable in advance and include presentations, documentation, refreshment breaks, lunches and evening receptions.
Booking Conditions
A confirmation letter will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. Payment must be received before the conference date. If payment is not received, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Written requests received on or before 4 March 2027 will be subject to a deduction of US$100 or ₹8,500.
- Written requests received between 5 March 2027 and 4 April 2027 will be subject to a deduction of US$200 or ₹17,000.
- No refund will be made for a cancellation request received after 4 April 2027 or for No Shows.
- Registration fees are payable in advance and include admission to presentations, networking breaks, luncheon and receptions as indicated in the programme.
- Travel and hotel accommodation are the sole responsibility of the delegates.
- Guests and spouses are not allowed into conference events or receptions without paying the registration fee.
- If any part or all of the conference is changed or cancelled, the conference hosts are not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or any other costs.
- Rights to admission are reserved.
In the unlikely event that a speaker cancels, every effort will be made to find a replacement speaker of equivalent experience.
The organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue and timings at any time.
Access Requirements
Only registered delegates are allowed to attend the sessions and related events (such as cocktails and meals). Spouses and additional attendees accompanying delegates will need a pass to attend any part of the conference or its functions. So that every delegate can participate fully, please tell us about any requirements you have by contacting hicsa@hotelivate.com.
Dietary Requirements
We always provide vegetarian options at our conferences. Please tell us if you need us to cater for any other dietary requirements.
